These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MSME & Startup Innovation Summit website and your participation in activities connected with the Summit.

The Summit is implemented and managed by Summentor Pro Sales & Marketing Consultants.

By accessing the website, submitting a registration, nomination, partnership enquiry or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Event Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on the website is accurate and current.

However, event-related details may change due to operational, logistical, institutional or other circumstances. This may include changes to:

• Speakers
• Guests or dignitaries
• Session timings
• Agenda
• Venue arrangements
• B2B meetings
• Exhibitor participation
• Programme format
• Networking activities

Such reasonable programme changes will not by themselves constitute cancellation of the Summit.

Registration

All registrations are subject to confirmation.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information while registering.

The Summit may decline or cancel a registration where:

• Incorrect or misleading information has been provided
• Payment has not been completed
• Participation requirements have not been met
• The registration is suspected to involve misuse, fraud or inappropriate conduct

Where participation numbers are limited, registrations may close without prior notice.

Delegate Passes

Delegate passes are intended for the registered participant.

Transfer of a registration to another representative of the same organisation may be permitted with prior written approval from the Summit team and subject to operational timelines.

Participants may be required to present identification at the venue.

Award Nominations

Submission of a nomination does not guarantee shortlisting or receipt of an award.

Nominations may be evaluated based on information submitted by the applicant and any supporting documentation requested by the Summit team.

The evaluation or jury process may consider criteria relevant to the applicable award category.

Decisions relating to eligibility and shortlisting will be taken in accordance with the applicable nomination process.

False, misleading or unverifiable information may result in disqualification.

Sponsors, Exhibitors and Partners

Sponsorship, exhibition and partnership participation may be governed by a separate proposal, confirmation email, work order, invoice or agreement.

Where separate commercial terms have been accepted in writing, those terms will prevail in relation to the relevant sponsorship, exhibition or partnership.

Branding positions, speaker opportunities, stalls, delegate passes, B2B meetings and other benefits are subject to the applicable partnership package and operational feasibility.

B2B Connect and Networking

The Summit may facilitate introductions or meetings between participating organisations.

While we make reasonable efforts to create relevant connections, we do not guarantee:

• A business transaction
• A purchase order
• Investment
• Partnership
• Contract
• Sale
• Funding
• Commercial outcome

Participants are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any business arrangement arising from the Summit.

Speakers and Government/Institutional Participation

Invitations to speakers, government representatives, institutional leaders and other dignitaries may be subject to their official schedules, protocols and availability.

Where participation changes due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the organisers, the Summit may modify the agenda or arrange an alternative representative or format where appropriate.

Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

The Summit reserves the right to refuse entry or remove a participant whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful, unsafe, abusive or detrimental to other participants or the event.

Such removal may not entitle the participant to a refund.

Photography and Recording

Photography, videography and media coverage may take place during the Summit.

General event photographs and recordings may be used for documentation, media coverage, social media, reports and future promotional material.

Unauthorised commercial recording or reproduction of event content may be restricted.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content on the Summit website, including text, design, branding, graphics, programme content and other materials, belongs to or is licensed to Summentor Pro.

It may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Logos and trademarks belonging to sponsors, partners, speakers or participating organisations remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

The website may provide links to third-party websites, payment providers, social media platforms or other external services.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of such third-party services.

Liability

We will take reasonable care in organising and delivering the Summit.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Summentor Pro will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Summit, decisions made based on event discussions, or business dealings between participants.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Force Majeure

The Summit may be postponed, relocated, modified or cancelled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, security concerns, public emergencies, strikes, civil disturbances, transport disruption or similar events.

In such circumstances, participants will be informed about the available options in accordance with the Registration & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Applicable Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory legal rights, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
